ULTRATECH has supported third parties companies to start-up operations in Brazil and now we perform this role providing management, corporate governance and superior returns to investors. We provide local expertise, large addressable market, initial investment when needed and the international company provides product, brand, technology and a proven business model. This way we have a fast set up and reduced uncertainties.

ULTRATECH measurement of achievement is to become a key player and supporter of investments and private equity success in Brazil. In our view, private equity investments could explore its best alternatives to maximize value creation and future competitive positioning in Brazil. In this context we plan to work with international partners to develop new business opportunities in the Brazilian market.
